Introduction to Dual Admission Program
In the pathway program for Bay College (one of the private colleges in Ontario) and Toronto International College (TIC as a private high school in Ontario), a conditional offer will be issued to the candidates by TIC and Bay College. Students will first take the ESL program at TIC to meet the English language proficiency requirements, then take Bay College’s academic programs.
TIC graduates who have successfully completed ESL Level 5 (Advanced) with a passing score of 70% or more will not be required to take an Admission Test for Bay College’s Certificate or diploma program entry.
Procedure for application
STEP 1
after submitting the application fee and application to TIC and Bay College, TIC and Bay College will release conditional LOA and Invoice
STEP 2
Student pay for tuition deposit to both TIC and Bay College
STEP 3
TIC and Bay College will release the official LOA and receipt to students
STEP 4
Students apply for a study permit

TIC ESL graduates should successfully complete ESL Level 5 (Advanced) with a passing score of 70% or more.
There is 2 option for students:
- retake TIC ESL Advanced level
- Provide IELTS or TOEFL result
- Length of program: 7 weeks/level
- Total levels: from level 1 to level 5, total 5 levels
- Detail of class: 9 am to 3:30 pm, 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Fee: $3000 per level
Depending on your ESL level, it can be from 7 weeks up to 35 weeks.
Length of program: 8-month Certificate Program
Fee: about $15000 per 1 academic year
From $15000 to $20000 per year
This program is suitable for senior high school graduates, two-year or three-year college graduates, and four-year undergraduate graduates wishing to apply for different streams.
